Business Visa Requirements –

· Passport valid for minimum of six months

· 1 visa application form 456 duly filled in (photocopy can be used)

· 1 Form M67 to be filled with family details and signed

· 3 recent passport size colour photograph with light background

· Covering letter from the company stating applicant’s name, designation, purpose and duration of visit

· Invitation from Australia

· Foreign exchange duly endorsed / copy of credit card

In case of first time Traveler to Australia, following additional DOX are required :

· Copy of correspondence with business corporate

· Previous business transaction with Australia or evidence of any fixed appointments.

· Income tax returns for past three years

· Company bank statement for past three months

· Brief company profile

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS : MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR STAY DURATION FOR PASSENGER’S ABOVE 65 YEARS.
